Project
TAFIE – Tyrolean Working Group for Integrative Development
Revamping Corporate Design
TAFIE aims to promote the shared living and learning of all. This is done in facilities and projects in the areas of housing, day structure, training, coaching, and leisure. This should also be reflected in the visual identity.
Inclusive Design
The main goal of this project was to make the TAFIE brand more modern and inclusive to also visually reflect the commitment of TAFIE - Tyrolean Working Group for Integrative Development. Therefore, the focus was on the accessibility of the font and design principles to ensure that TAFIE's communication is accessible to all target audiences.
A Logo for Everyone
Thus, a pure typographic logo was created with various font styles representing diversity and individuality in the community. In addition to the main logo, the previously completely different and standalone project logos were brought into a visual logic. They align with TAFIE's overall identity but still allow clear identification of individual projects. The sub-logos reinforce the affiliation with the TAFIE brand.
TAFIE Design
The strong colors blue, green, and orange were selected from the color catalog of NEBA (Network for Vocational Assistance) to ensure seamless optical communication between these two associations.
The business stationery was completely redesigned. It reflects the new visual identity and ensures a consistent brand presence for the GmbH, the association, and all projects within the TAFIE-verse.
Additionally, icons were established as further style elements in the corporate design, whose palette keeps evolving. To balance the straightforward typography, these are drawn and have round and friendly shapes. Furthermore, the angled area of the large A in the logo is used as a graphic element in layouts.
Result & Impact
The corporate redesign for TAFIE represents a significant step in the further development of the organization. It not only reflects TAFIE's values and goals but also strengthens the connection to the community and increases the organization's visibility. By redesigning the visual identity, the association was able to solidify its position as a leading force for integrative development in Tyrol and make its message accessible to a broader audience.
