A Brand That Connects
How is a brand image created that brings together an entire corporate group and the people it connects? How can a company communicate its attitude and values not only internally but also make them tangible externally?
The new brand image of the Nassauische Heimstätte | Wohnstadt (NHW) corporate group, strategically developed and visually implemented by BREITETIEFE, provides the answer.
Challenge: An Identity with Impact
As one of the leading housing companies in Germany, NHW stands for far more than living space: it shapes living environments, promotes social projects, and actively engages for diverse structures and sustainable urban development. However, the previous brand presence did not sufficiently reflect these values. The goal was to create a new, memorable brand image that precisely pinpoints the identity of the entire group, connects it emotionally, and differentiates it from competitors.
Strategy
Our approach included an in-depth analysis of NHW, the competition, and its diverse target groups. On this basis, we developed a brand narrative that emphasizes the essence of NHW:
- Community as a central guiding theme
- Approachability and responsibility as core values
- Identification and clarity in visual and verbal communication
The new slogan "NHW. Together we achieve more." conveys this attitude and summarizes these values memorably and positioningly. It is both an invitation and a promise: cooperation, inclusivity, and team spirit make anything possible.
From Concept to Experiential Brand
The new brand image was consistently designed across all touchpoints—from the imagery to the corporate design to the tone of language. Key elements of the new presence are:
- Flexible headline principle: Headlines start with "more" and use a second enhanced attribute (comparative), e.g., achieve more together, connect more personally. The mechanism is super flexible and very memorable.
- Authentic imagery: Natural, candid photos show real-life situations where people see themselves reflected and feel addressed.

With this project, BREITETIEFE once again demonstrates its competence in strategic brand development—with a deep understanding of companies, their values, and their target groups.
