Central data management for various touchpoints

For our long-term client Lindner Traktoren, we created a comprehensive new digital presence. It was necessary to reduce the complexity of existing systems and enable a holistic customer and brand experience.

Central Challenges

Lindner Traktoren has a variety of digital presences and applications for the end customer. The task and challenge presented to us: to align these presences technologically and user-wise while creating added value for the user.

Approach & Solution Path

The primary goal was to eliminate data redundancies and establish a technological foundation to provide prospects and existing customers with a cross-device and personalized web experience. This required dismantling data silos and the dispersed system landscape so that they can be rethought and integrated. Through innovative solutions and a customer-oriented custom service, the company binds Lindner fans and drivers to itself. The new website further develops and deepens connection and relationship.


In addition to freely accessible goodies like an axle load calculator, Trac-Link service finder, and user reports, the relationship with Lindner drivers is custom-strengthened in the My Lindner area: vehicle status and usage can be viewed and documented here, additional services and driver training can be booked, spare parts can change owners via the Lindner Marketplace, and so on.
