Föger Brand Differentiation
at POS, in Print & on the Web
A furniture store is not just a furniture store and Föger sets the bar higher. Because at Föger, the Tyrolean furniture house in Telfs, customers are seen as guests. A visit to Föger is a pleasure for all the senses (and the wallet) - whether on-site or conveniently online.
Föger is not a house with dumping prices. Here, quality and service take precedence over price - and this is confirmed not only by the many satisfied customers but also by the enduring presence in the market. For its 75th anniversary, Föger not only launched a new website but also revised the regularly appearing prospectus and advertisements. For this, the company enlisted the expertise and know-how of ACC. A collaborative project within the BREITETIEFE network.
Our Service
In collaboration, ACC and EPS implemented the project in the classic communication sector. The pitch in August 2022 was well elaborated and reflected both ACC's local market knowledge and EPS's years of trade experience.
The result, a client who gets their brand reinterpreted and is shown previously unthought-of possibilities and potentials.
Lived values, charmingly communicated. By creating Fögersofie, a measure at the Point of Sale (POS) that is also played on the web, we created a communication medium that makes our involvement and brand understanding of Föger visible.
With Fögersofie, we succeed in communicating the lived values not only to the guests but also to the employees, who were also brought in front of the camera as brand ambassadors.
At the POS on site in Telfs, these value messages are scattered. This allows easy access to the statements and also reminds them punctually, to position Föger as number one among the guests and employees. The new graphic line can also be effortlessly played in Out of Home, Social Media etc.
Redesign Brochure
At the end of the day, it's about selling furniture at Föger. As simple as that. But how to stand out, inspire, and retain existing customers in the diversity (and price battles) of the market offer, but also generate new ones?
Shopping Experience On-Site and Online
The new website ensures the personal shopping experience. The Föger furniture store relies on the right assortment, personal advice, and shopping as an experience. These basic thoughts were transported into the digital world with an integrated web platform. Products and brands come from the ERP system and are enriched in the CMS with relevant and exciting multimedia data. And intelligently linked.
This way, a tailored web experience can be created, making access to the right products, personal advice, etc., a breeze.
Agile in Thinking and Action
The Föger project makes it clear that a well-thought-out strategy, coherent concepts, and knowledge of the market and brand enable movement - for the clients, the customers, and the employees.
