LOFT Berlin

COVIVIO manages over 40,000 residential units for around 100,000 tenants in Germany. The company invests 100 million euros annually in sustainable measures to reduce the CO2 emissions of its properties. COVIVIO is also a founding member of the "Future Living" initiative, which advocates affordable and sustainable housing in Germany.

Despite this impressive size, COVIVIO places great importance on always having an open ear for all tenants as well as employees and even for the small worries and needs. Thus, people are always at the center of all measures.

BREITETIEFE implements various measures for brand positioning for this purpose – including the development of strong campaigns and projects.


Services

Our task, with which COVIVIO approached us, is the development and implementation of project-related marketing communication. This includes the creation of campaigns and advertising materials:

  • With name, logo, and corporate design development, we give an innovative office property in Berlin a face – a unique branding

  • Conceptualization, organization, and supervision of tenant events nationwide – from Berlin to Ratingen

  • Conceptual development and design of the tenant handbook – from content structure to design


Further measures for corporate communication:

  • Development of an attention-grabbing and poster-like occupational safety campaign under the motto #wegainstcorona for the code of conduct during Corona times

  • On various occasions, we developed sweet presents for the employees of COVIVIO

  • This includes, for example, the conceptual development and design of the tenant handbook – from content structure to design


Result & Impact

We strengthen Covivio's position as one of the largest real estate companies in Europe through the conceptualization and development of various campaigns, communication measures, and the associated advertising media.

The unique design gives the brand an independent character. Thus, we create a consistent appearance through consistent use, which underscores Covivio's positioning as a developer of contemporary concepts of living together
