We developed and positioned the Schlossberghöfe brand based on a comprehensive market analysis. The city center project, which forms the new heart of Pforzheim, will be a vibrant place for everyone. The new urban quarter between Schlossberg and the banks of the Enz stands with its strategic communication concept for quality of life – with a mix of retail, gastronomy, daycares, housing, offices, and beautifully designed open spaces.

Challenge & Goal

Schlossberghöfe – A project that keeps the big picture in mind without losing sight of the individual needs of all citizens. For the over 30,000 m2 real estate project, we developed a brand that is credible, understandable, and sustainable in order to be integrated as quickly as possible into the everyday language of all regional media, stakeholders, and citizens.

Further Service Declaration

The vibrant project design fits the brand and the new quarter, which convinces with varied architecture and surprises with diversity – this is what makes Schlossberghöfe. The communication has built an image that generates a consistent positive perception over the years of development. Thus, we keep putting Pforzheim in the spotlight again!

Outcome & Impact

The vision and positioning of Schlossberghöfe as a piece of new Pforzheim that provides impulses for the entire center – for today and future generations – have been developed and creatively shaped into a brand and design that has become a known symbol in the Pforzheim area. Thus, we have created the promising foundation for success.
