A digital home for medical expertise
The challenge: Uniting complexity
Ladurner Hospitalia stands for trust, expertise, and close customer relations in health solutions and medical products in South Tyrol and beyond. The company combines a wide range of medical technology, nursing aids, and furnishing solutions with an equally broad target group: from hospitals and medical practices to private customers.
Making this diversity visible—and at the same time bundling it under a strong, contemporary brand—was the starting point for a comprehensive digital and rebranding project. The previous web presence was divided into separate platforms, partly under the brand “Vitaplus”. The goal was to bring everything together on one stage: clear, intuitive, brand-compliant.
The solution: strategy, design, technology—in a new light
For the digital relaunch, Ladurner Hospitalia entrusted our network partners. Concept, texts, and technical setup based on Shopware 6 all came from one source.
The result: A unified platform for different needs—functional, user-centered, and precisely aligned with the new brand identity.
Two target groups. One platform. No detours.
Right on the homepage, users decide whether to navigate the website as a private person or as a medical professional. The structure remains the same: structured navigation, thematic content, clear paths. Yet the content is precisely tailored to the respective needs:
- Private customers receive information on services, product categories, and rental offers.
- Professionals such as doctors and care facilities find targeted information on medical products, complete solutions, and services such as repairs.
A dedicated B2B online shop for resident doctors will be launched soon—with everything that modern medical technology and furnishing solutions can offer.
Content that speaks—Design that works
In addition to a content and technical relaunch, the site was expanded with specially developed content modules. Aesthetically, quiet white spaces now meet fresh turquoise and petrol tones, creating visual clarity and modernity on the website. Round elements, generous spacing, and a readable typography ensure a pleasant user experience on all devices—mobile first, of course.
Communication that resonates
The web presence was completely reimagined in terms of content: from tone to text structure to imagery. A company-conducted photo shoot complements the content with authentic imagery, while strategically generated AI images ensure a consistent visual line—always aligned with the mood board and personas.
A newly implemented newsletter system ensures sustainable and direct communication with customer groups, including design templates, training, and support. Additional campaigns—such as those for seasonal occasions—were also planned and realized by BREITETIEFE.
Result: A brand with digital backbone
The new website of Ladurner Hospitalia is more than just a relaunch. It is a future-proof platform that brings together complex requirements in a simple way. It makes the brand tangible—for professionals, institutions, and end customers alike. Clearly positioned. Functionally conceived. Trustfully designed.
