For over 100 years, GGH has been active in the Heidelberg real estate market. This powerful company stands for providing affordable and high-quality housing in Heidelberg. Additionally, it offers construction and real estate-related services alongside its subsidiary on behalf of the city. The projects also include buildings of social infrastructure, special properties as well as cultural and sports facilities. We have been supporting the GGH communication team for over 12 years.

Challenge & Goal

GGH is to be positioned as a modern, diverse, and forward-looking real estate company as well as an attractive employer.

A central aspect of the website relaunch was to analyze, cluster, and address the requirements of GGH's diverse stakeholders with relevant content. The main target groups for GGH include tenants and prospective tenants, applicants, decision-makers from politics, and the public.

Our Aspiration

The corporate website is the heart of the digital corporate identity – both visually and content-wise. Our aspiration was to holistically reflect GGH's broad range of services on the website and present them innovatively. The modern screen design with the unmistakable GGH brand emblem reflects GGH's brand identity and makes the appearance unique. With large visual stages, we create space for GGH topics and stage them effectively. The use of playful and interactive elements not only lends the website a lively dynamic but also makes the customer experience emotional. We also support the user experience with user-friendly, intuitive navigation and clear orientation.

As part of the project, we strategically and conceptually advised the client to tailor the website exactly to the needs of the target groups and the company's goals. For the complex content of the website, we developed content modules that provide a clear structure and easy handling for input. Application opportunities for prospective tenants and applicants were simplified, and the process for the respective departments within the company was made more efficient. The intensive exchange and the very good collaboration with the client throughout the entire project period were crucial to ensure that each phase meets the high standards.

Data & Experience Management with PIMCORE

The basis of the GGH website is the content management system PIMCORE, which sets digital standards. Pimcore stands for flexibility and performance in a CMS. With its intuitive user interface and powerful features, it enables the perfect design of the corporate website, the efficient management and publication of content, and the effective use of digital assets. Through the centralized management of content and data, PIMCORE offers the opportunity to create seamless and tailored experiences across various channels – whether on the website, microsites, or in mobile applications.

Result & Impact

A new website that not only presents the company in a contemporary light but also elevates the entire brand appearance to a new level. This is also reflected in the increasing number of website visitors and the growing number of applicants.
