With Office Connect we give a more than 30-year-old office property a comprehensive concept and a whole new identity. From branding with name and logo to color concept and interior design (in cooperation with zanetti interior) for shared spaces. In addition, we support the effective leasing of the property with targeted communication.

Many older properties - and by older we mean buildings from the 90s - have difficulty with new leases when long-term anchor tenants move out. The objects appear as they are: aged and not equipped to the requirements of today - keyword "New Work". The former "Eleven Office Center" at the eponymous number 11 Parsevalstraße in Düsseldorf-Lichtenbroich was no exception. Our task was to give this object a new, fresh image, make it interesting for new tenants, and ultimately justify the desired rental price in a competitive market for the landlord.

What did we do in detail?

The building received a completely new image from us. True to the motto "Connect your Business" we created a new way of working. A new work feeling emanates from here, which is transmitted to all employees. Our basic idea was: In CONNECT, the design should always follow functionality, exchange is omnipresent, and the buzzword "New Work" comes to life. This, of course, does not only work with a new name and good intentions. That's why, in collaboration with zanetti interior, we equipped all communal areas such as the foyer, cafeteria, shared conference rooms, corridors, and elevator areas with a new, inspiring design that reflects the CONNECT idea.

At CLS CONNECT, a non-modern and uninspiring building from the 90s was given completely new life. The available spaces were rented at the targeted price and the new design was received very positively by all tenants, whether new or existing tenants, and significantly contributed to the extension or conclusion of lease agreements.
