Challenge & Goal

Together with STK | Stöbe Kommunikation, we developed and positioned the BÖHLERLEBEN brand based on a thorough market analysis. The communication concept focused on sustainability reflects the district's goal of being a place for people who enjoy urban life in one of the largest projects in the Düsseldorf area.

BPD is one of the largest project and area developers in Europe. More than a million people live in residential areas planned and realized by BPD. For the offices in Cologne and Düsseldorf, we develop communication measures for numerous projects in North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony.

Further Service Declaration

For the new 130,000 m2 real estate project directly next to the Böhler area, we developed the compelling and differentiating name BÖHLERLEBEN, which clearly conveys the location.


The designed corporate design of the project brand establishes a unique positioning as a vibrant urban district at the border to the state capital Düsseldorf.


With BÖHLERLEBEN, a diverse district is emerging where living and working creatively come together. The innovative new construction project will be an attractive and sustainable neighborhood for people with various lifestyles – with a primary school and a district square of 6,000 m2


The developed communication concept aims to build a positive image and increase the project's awareness to repeatedly arouse curiosity and interest among our potential target group throughout the years of development.

Result & Impact

With the brand, corporate design, and the complete communication concept, we have created the right framework and solid foundation to successfully market the project in the long term.
