In May 2022, Austria's first agency for Metaverse, Web3, and NFTs was founded in Innsbruck by media expert Matthias Lechner – NFBrands.X. This agency consists of 15 active experts from all relevant fields on the subject. teamblau has supported the founding from the beginning and now sits on the network's advisory board as an e-commerce specialist.
 
Together, at the 2022 year-end event of the business network Excellent Companies, the two agencies brought trends and opportunities of the future internet closer to the 70 participants and provided insights into this new world.

Participants were offered a unique event in the Excellent Companies environment. Alongside explanations of the basics of these new and fascinating topics, and the many practical examples already online and making a splash, participants could have their own personal virtual experience. Using a Meta Quest 2 VR headset, attendees experienced what it feels like to interact beyond the limits of physical space.
 
What role do Metaverse, Web3 and NFTs play for teamblau and why is teamblau investing in the new partnership with NFBrands.X?

We are convinced that these topics will determine and revolutionize the digital market in the coming years. Currently, large global brands mainly play a concrete role there, using the innovative topics Metaverse & NFTs primarily as a PR platform. However, more often entirely concrete and practice-oriented projects emerge, bringing clear benefits and added value – currently still mainly supported by the rapidly growing VR applications: virtual assistants, virtual online meetings with a sense of physical presence, 3D apartment tours, virtual training scenarios, and more are already spreading more widely. The transition to a broad mass market is imminent.

E-commerce in particular will play a key role in this. Products will be presented, accessible and purchasable more often in the virtual (show)room. Therefore, teamblau has been dealing with these topics from the early moments of the new emerging technology, preparing to stand alongside its customers as one of the first and most innovative e-commerce agencies in the region. Our agency already offers competence and creative workshops to develop application ideas for interested and future-oriented customers and to implement them in the network with NFBrands.X according to the requirements.
