It is crucial for all further steps in communication. The brand core defines the brand promise and connects to the target group's needs. Only this way is it possible to build trust.

The brand core remains true to itself, staying rooted in its vision, values, and personality. This includes especially tangible features in architecture, style-defining materials, outstanding sustainability aspects, or location advantages of the project.

To define the brand core, conducting a workshop is recommended.

Strategy

The next step is to develop a clear strategy. It derives from the identity and sets the right course for marketing. The strategy must sustainably differentiate itself from the competition, be goal-oriented, and ensure clear visibility to the target group. This ensures precision and forms the starting signal for a consistent brand presence. In the course of long-term real estate projects, the strategy must continually evolve.

Brand

With the brand, the real estate project comes to life. It creates a special attraction between the target group and the property. The associations must precisely match the desires and decision-making motives. The name and design concept (logo, color scheme, imagery, typography) must convey a certain appeal and style confidence. This way, we develop a convincing brand experience that successfully meets the target group's expectations and conveys project features and peculiarities, such as architecture.

Communication

Here, everything comes together. Story, name, design, and strategy combine for a consistent appearance. The defined brand identity is reflected and published as content. The goal-oriented activation of potential interest occurs through various measures - online and offline. Communication is applied, for example, in print (exposé), location marketing (construction fence, construction sign), in out-of-home marketing, on digital channels through social media, or on the project's website. Therefore, the brand presence must function at all touchpoints and in all formats. In communication, the most direct contact with the target group is of highest priority.
